INFORMATION ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returned for afterthought
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or a replacement of the purchased item with another item.
In order to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, worn or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are not subject to reimbursement.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund request and, if successful, a refund voucher of the same amount will be issued.
We replace items if defective or damaged during transport or for model and size replacement. For the replacement with the same item, please send us an email to email@example.com
Furthermore, the replacement can be made for model change or size change but only with products available within 14 days.
Returns and exchanges can only be made once.
